By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Bible Topics, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the app or related services.

About Bible Topics

Bible Topics is a Bible study app operated by Tolustar. The service may include topic-based verse browsing, verse images, favourites, journals, Bible facts, quizzes, reminders, offline content access, and optional account-based sync features.

Eligibility and Accounts

You may use Bible Topics with or without certain account features, depending on the feature involved. If you create or use an account, you are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for maintaining the confidentiality of your sign-in method and device access.

We may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, investigate abuse, or comply with law.

User Content

If you create journals, notes, or other personal content inside Bible Topics, you retain ownership of that content. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive right to host, store, sync, transmit, and display that content only as needed to operate and improve the service for you.

You are responsible for the content you create in the app and for ensuring it does not violate the law or the rights of others.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

The Bible Topics app, site design, branding, original explanations, artwork, layout, and software are owned by Tolustar or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

The King James Version (KJV) Bible text used in the app is generally understood to be in the public domain. You are responsible for ensuring that any external content you submit or share through the app is lawful and properly used.

Sharing Features

Bible Topics may let you share verses, verse images, or related content. You may use these sharing features for lawful personal or ministry use, provided you do not misrepresent the source text, remove attribution in a misleading way, or use the content in a manner that harms others or violates the law.

The app may rely on third-party services such as Apple, Google, Firebase, and Sentry. Your use of app-store downloads, device-level permissions, or third-party sign-in features may also be subject to those third parties' own terms and privacy policies.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tolustar will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business arising out of or related to your use of Bible Topics.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.

Termination

You may stop using Bible Topics at any time. We may limit or terminate access to the service if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created risk for other users, or used the service unlawfully.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. If we do, we will update the "Last updated" date on this page. Your continued use of Bible Topics after the updated Terms become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
